How to use the VULCAN Wheelchair Hoist
The idea of using a portable hoist is to make life easier for yourself so make sure your Eagle hd or dinkum navigator is folded and near to back of your vehicle.
- Have your chair upright
- Remove the portable hoist from your car.
- Unfold your abbicare bumper protector mat and boot mat.
- Place your mobility scooter or power chair on the VULCAN wheelchair lifter.
- Use the straps provided if needed to secure the chair.
- Use the toggle control switch to lower/raise when ready.
- When raised, gently slide the base to your car.
- Undo the straps and slide the chair into the car boot.
- Reverse the hoist out, fold, put into the back and tuck your bumper protector mat and boot mat. Bob’s yer uncle!
